Mary Joy Abueg

Dr. Mary Joy Abueg is an information technology professional, educator, researcher, and ICT development leader from Palawan. A Doctor in Information Technology and Certified Data Privacy Specialist and Data Protection Officer, she has held academic and ICT leadership positions at Palawan State University and Holy Trinity University. Her work spans digital transformation, technology incubation, data analytics, cybersecurity, and data privacy. She has served as President of the Palaweño ICT Association and has held leadership positions in NICP, where she continues to contribute to advancing ICT innovation and digital development in the Philippines.
