Darwin J. Manubag, Ph.D. is a public-sector leader, educator, and community development practitioner serving as City Administrator of Iligan City and Chair of the Iligan ICT Council. His career includes extensive work in public administration, governance, community engagement, social enterprise, and innovation, including leadership roles at MSU-IIT. He has also been involved in initiatives supporting digital workforce development, ICT, and technology-enabled public service in Iligan City.
