Roehl Ramon Gurango

Roehl Ramon A. Gurango is an ICT and business development professional serving as Executive Director of the Capiz Information and Communications Technology Council (CICTC). He has been active in promoting ICT development, digital innovation, and technology adoption in the Visayas. He has also served as a Trustee and Board Secretary of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), representing regional ICT interests in national discussions on digital transformation, connectivity, and innovation.
